Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance: Installing, servicing, and maintaining vending machines and associated equipment
Troubleshooting: Responding to callouts to diagnose and repair machines efficiently
Customer Service: Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to address customer needs
Field & Office Tasks: Managing both field and office-based tasks with professionalism and attention to detail
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Experience: Proven electrical and mechanical service experience
Background: A background in Engineering
Communication: Strong communication and organisational skills
Teamwork: A proactive, team-oriented approach to problem-solving and customer service
Driving License: A valid UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel
