Job Description: We are looking for an inspiring and results-driven Area Manager with at least five years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will ensure operational consistency across locations, lead teams to achieve excellence, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting business objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational performance of multiple restaurants under the brand.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all locations.

  • Analyse and manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance across locations.
  • Address guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration between locations to maintain consistency.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
