About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to deliver efficient 1st line technical support. You will resolve IT-related issues, provide hardware and software support and ensure exceptional service across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Support hardware, software, and mobile devices (iPhones, iPads).
  • Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with hardware rollouts and IT projects.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication.
