This Client Support Administrator job in Whiteley is available for individuals interested in working within the Financial Services industry.
As a Client Support Administrator, you will be actively supporting their busy Financial Advisors. You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office. Your duties will include:
- Be responsible for preparing information for the Financial Advisor prior to their client review meetings
- Action any required actions on behalf of the Financial Advisor
- Ensure all systems are updated with the completed activities
- Work effectively with the full team to ensure a quality, consistent approach is provided to clients
- Contact clients prior to confirm their appointments and obtain any outstanding information
Client Support Administrator Requirements
- Ideally, you should have 3+ years’ experience of office administration
- Ideally, you should be qualified to GCSE or A level standard
