We are delighted to partner with Anglian Water and we are looking for a Performance Reporting Manager to lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of performance frameworks for Anglian Water and its alliances.

The Role:

The Performance Reporting Manager ensures that our metering, partnerships, and suppliers meet and exceed operational goals and standards. You will lead performance reporting, governance, and data integrity, helping to create data-driven insights for better decision-making.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved in:

  • Develop and manage the metering performance framework to meet company goals and regulations.
  • Ensure accurate performance reporting and data quality to comply with KPIs, ODIs, and PCDs.
  • Create user-friendly dashboards for real-time performance insights to aid decision-making and planning.
  • Enhance operational, financial, and team performance in metering and partnerships, focusing on best practices and cost savings.
  • Promote continuous improvement by using data to find ways to optimize efficiency.
  • Build and mentor a strong team, creating a collaborative environment that supports Anglian Water's mission.

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following...

Educated to degree level or equivalent. Experience in performance management and reporting within large-scale infrastructure or utilities settings. Possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with expertise in data integrity, governance, and compliance. Be able to drive positive change.
Great communication skills are also essential.
