Key Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and ensuring student engagement
- Assist with the planning and preparation of classroom activities, materials, and resources
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students to enhance their learning experience
- Help manage classroom behaviour, maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Assist in monitoring student progress and provide feedback as required
- Support students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements, as needed
What We're Looking For:- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a primary or secondary school setting
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting students
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for helping students reach their full potential
