We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable Executive to temporarily support a company based in Uxbridge for 7 weeks. This role will offer an immediate start and a hybrid working pattern.

The role:

• Manage Accounts Receivables, including issuing invoices and credit notes
• Running credit risk checks and maintaining credit limits for customers
• Managing the AR inbox
• Posting and allocating daily cash
• Customer account reconciliations
• Proactively reduce aged debt and highlight accounts that require review
• Assisting with monthly bank reconciliations

Applicant requirements:

• Previous experience in a Credit Control role
• Experience using Oracle Cloud accounting system is desirable
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables)
