Bury - Hybrid Working

Our Local Authority client are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their Disability Service Team in Bury.

You will assess and reduce risk for people with disabilities who are living in the community. You will work with the social model of disability and use evidence-based practice to carry out person centred assessments of service users and their carers to identify needs and take appropriate action

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Must be registered with Health Professions Council (HCPC)
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience of working with people over the age of 18 who have physical disabilities but may also have mental health needs.
• Must be a car driver
