JOB TITLE: EL/PL Solicitor / Fee Earner
HOURS: Full Time, Hybrid

My client is a leading award winning law firm based in Manchester that specialises in Personal Injury.

They are looking to recruit a Litigation Executive to join their ELPL team. Various levels of litigation experience will be considered. This role is a standard fast track non portal position.

JOB DES:

• Handling a Pre Litigated and Litigated Caseload of #removed# EL/PL files.
• Writing letters and negotiating settlement s
• Drafting witness statements
• Review medical reports
• Issue court proceedings
• Client communication

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Full working knowledge of CPR and JC guidelines
• Experience running your own litigated caseload
• Excellent written and communication skills
