About the Role:
We are seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive nursery team in Hove. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education to help support the development and well-being of young children in a nurturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the care and development of children in a safe, stimulating environment
Assist in planning and delivering creative, educational activities
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Help with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest times
Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team membersEssential Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for working with young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
