My client are looking for another strong team player to join their team. As the Store Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting the management team, making sure the brand vision comes to light, as well as providing exceptional levels of customer service to clients. You will have at least 2 years supervisory experience within luxury retail or hospitality, with a great eye for visual merchandising.

Offering a starting salary of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, genuine career prorgession opportunities and excellent benefits. This is a full time, permanent opportunity.

The Role:

* Support the management in leading and developing the business of the store.

* Understanding the business and marketing of the brand.

* Have an awareness and understanding of the luxury sector.

* Monitor and review sales performance & KPI's weekly and provide consistent and qualitative feedback to the Store Manager

* Seek opportunities to achieve the highest calibre of client service by supporting the sales team.

* Actively coach, lead and support the sales team with expectations within the store.
