Role: Specification Sales Manager
Location: Home-based, national role across the UK (Midlands to North of England preferred but not critical)

Our client is a global leader in energy management solutions, providing cutting-edge metering, monitoring, and control technologies. They are at the forefront of energy efficiency and decarbonisation efforts, with over 7 million assets deployed across the UK. Their product range supports social housing and new build developments, helping clients meet Net Zero goals.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Specification Sales Manager to expand their reach in the social housing and new build sectors. This is a key role responsible for driving the specification of energy metering and monitoring solutions on Retrofit and Net Zero procurement frameworks. The role will also explore opportunities within the private rental sector and public sector institutions (e.g., universities, hospitals).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of specification sales experience, ideally within the retrofit or new build housing sector. You will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with strong business development and account management skills. Knowledge of energy and retrofit sectors is essential.

Salary/Package:
• Basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000

• 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
