We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Desborough. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery that creates high-quality packaging products.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production.
Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Adjust machinery settings as needed based on production requirements.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
