As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for :

📌Supporting the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
📌Managing junior members of the sales team
📌Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
📌Networking across various platforms
📌Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth

The ideal candidate :
📌Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the graphic design industry
📌Excellent leadership and team management skills.
📌Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
📌Confident speaking to decision makers on the phone

Benefits :

📌Monthly commission, with an achievable £50,000 to be earned on top of generous basic salary.

Working Hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm

This role is fully office based with parking on sight.
