Our Large Third Sector Educational Client is looking for a Technical Manager Asset Management.

Hybrid Working

No Staff Management.

Contractor Management

Part time working possible.

The role will cover:

• identifying under-performing stock and evolve the provision of 10, 5 and 3-year investment programmes;
• development and delivery of the cyclical stock surveying programme.
• investigative building surveys and determining works required for defects including damp; disrepair claims; stock acquisitions, mergers and disposals; option appraisals and stock rationalisation; tenant alterations; party walls, curtilage and boundary issues; insurance claims; customer complaints, etc.;

An interesting strategic role with some hands on Surveying experience needed.
