Main Responsibilities:

Finance Support: Make necessary changes to customers' finance agreements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

Payment Allocation: Accurately allocate manual payments to customers' agreements, ensuring financial transactions are handled with precision.

Documentation: Efficiently review and verify finance documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Correspondence Handling: Respond to correspondence from customers in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential, demonstrating your ability to understand and meet customer needs.
