Reporting into the FD and responsible for -

The role

• Preparation of Monthly Group Management Accounts.
• Business Partnering with UK and overseas group entities to achieve Group targets.
• Monthly KPI’s reporting including Revenue, Profit Margins, Costs of Sales and Financial Ratios.
• Monitor bank balances and complete Statement of Cash flows on thirteen weeks rolling basis.
• Reconciliation of Full Balance Sheet Accounts, Stock, WIP, Fixed Assets, Intercompany trading and loan Accounts.
• Complete and submit VAT return, P11ds.
• Consolidation of monthly Accounts for UK and overseas.
• Assist with Year-end Audit.
• IFRS Conversions.
• Prepare and post payroll Journals for weekly and monthly payroll.
• Reconciliation of company pensions and submission of pension contributions.
• Management Reporting to the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer.
• Ad-hoc projects.

About you

• Possess previous experience working within the manufacturing industry.
• Solid communication skills, ability to work with all levels of a Team.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and work independently.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Sage.
