Reporting to: Operations Manager

Hours: Full-Time

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM (summer) / 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM (winter)

We are a well-established, family-owned group of property investment and development companies seeking an experienced Tenancy Administrator to join our Property Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive team, handling administrative and tenancy-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a lettings administrator and be skilled in managing documents, such as tenancy agreements and property compliance certificates.

Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the property team
  • Provide reception cover when needed
  • Manage and maintain tenancy paperwork and records
  • Ensure safety certificates are kept up to date and compliant
  • Oversee key handovers, property inspections, and end-of-tenancy procedures
  • Manage tenancy changeovers, ensuring smooth transitions between tenants
  • Notify utility providers and councils of tenant changes
  • Conduct Right to Rent checks and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate property access for inspections and repairs
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including scanning and document management

Person Specification

Experience: Minimum 1 year lettings administrative experience Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of administrative systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and data managementOrganisational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure to meet deadlinesCommunication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a strong customer service focusAttention to Detail: High accuracy in document preparation and data handlingIntegrity & Sensitivity: Understanding of Orthodox Jewish customs and religious practices
