Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Miller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines using Hypermill or OneCNC offline software. Responsibilities

* Program 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines using Hypermill or OneCNC offline software

* Interpret technical drawings and create programs from scratch

* Set up and operate 5 axis milling machines

* Maintain strict quality standards and ensure precision in all output

* Communicate with colleagues and management to ensure processes run smoothly

* Continuously seek to improve processes and provide input on machining strategies

* Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

* Proficiency in programming 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines

* Experience with Hypermill or OneCNC offline software

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and create programs from scratch

* CAD/CAM experience is essential

* Strong attention to detail and precision

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Effective communication and teamwork abilities

* Training can be provided for the right candidate

* Analyzing technical drawings and creating machining programs
