Birmingham, B6 Postcode£35,000 - £39,000 + Training + Bonus + Early Friday Finish + 33 Days Holiday + Company Pension + BenefitsAre you a Quality Engineer / Technician, looking to join a well-established and market leading company offering further training and development?On offer is a highly varied role, where you will be working as part of a small, close knit team and gain exposure to a broad range of quality tasks and learning from those around you.This manufacturing company have gone from strength to strength and have a great reputation in their industry, working with blue chip clients, whilst being a great place to work.You will be primarily focusing on internal quality issues, however will crossover into other areas as required, making it a very rounded role.This role would suit someone with a general Quality Engineering background with a relevant qualification, looking to join a very stable company with the opportunity to continue developing their skillset.The Role:

• Supporting other quality engineers and manufacturing engineers with internal processes, RCA and production problems
• Focused on internal quality for the company, but will have crossover into other areas including customer / suppliers and NPI
• Visiting supplier and customer sites as and when required (roughly once per month)
• Monday to Friday, with an early Friday finish

The Person:

• Quality Engineer
• Ideally a relevant engineering qualification
• Engineering / Manufacturing background
• Any previous lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience would be ideal, however training will be provided
• Full UK driving licence
