A global Commodity Trading organisation are currently seeking a Business Change Manager to join them on a long term contract in London. The role requires in-depth Commodity Trading experience and very strong Business Change and Operational Change experience in a complex and global environment. Experience across Risk, Middle Office and Control will also be highly beneficial.

£850 - £1000pd - Inside IR35

Essential Requirements:

• Very strong Commodity Trading experience with cross product knowledge.
• Excellent Business Change and Operational Change experience
• Very strong Stakeholder Management skills to Director and C-Level
• In-depth Risk knowledge and experience working across the business unit
• Very strong Business Analysis and Change Delivery experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience across regulatory change, control remediation and Middle Office would be highly beneficial
