A great company culture and stable team, this stunning creative Architecture Firm in London are looking for a Management Accountant to join their Finance team of three.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts up to P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statement with commentary of results compared to budget and prior year performance.
• Month end process consisting of overhead accruals & prepayments, depreciation, credit card expenses, staff expenses.
• Balance sheet reconciliation including accounts receivable and accounts payable control accounts with nominal ledger.
• Assist with the WIP calculations including project profitability
• Payroll - manage the monthly payroll
• Bank Reconciliation
• Sales Ledger and Management of Credit Control
• Purchase Ledger
• VAT - quarterly reconciliation, submission to HMRC and payment.
