Exciting and ongoing opportunity for a Support Worker to join a friendly team on a permanent basis. We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to work with young people with neurological conditions and learning difficulties within a residential setting.

Support Worker Role: Your role will be to assist the residents in their day to day life. As a Support Worker you will help to give the students the tools and opportunities they need to fulfil their potential and have the best quality of life possible. You will join a team of established care staff and will be given support and development opportunities. You will need to be able to interact and communicate with the young people effectively as well as possessing a 'can do' attitude. Strong time management and organisational skills are desirable.

The support you give to a resident makes a huge difference to their lives, no day will be the same and you will leave your shift with a sense of pride and joy with the support that you have given!

Support Worker Criteria: The successful candidate will have some previous care experience, ideally in a challenging setting. Drivers preferred due to the rural location. You will be able to work a mixture of early and late shifts throughout the week, to include some weekends also.
