Requirements:

At least a bachelor's degree in psychology, or a related field.
Passion for the development of young learners with additional support needs.
A patient and empathetic nature.
Understanding of the importance of safeguarding policies.
Previous experience of working with pupils, or in a school setting, is advantageous. 
The Role

1-2-1 and small group interventions for SEN pupils to improve attainment.
Assisting teaching staff with the planning and delivering of engaging lessons that adhere to the national curriculum.
Leading sessions to encourage the development of basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Assisting in the running of extracurricular activities and events with the wider school community.
