Our client, a leading organisation in Sheffield, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a well-established company.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with customers to determine their contract requirements and establishing key relationships
Obtaining and overseeing customer schedules, ensuring efficient scheduling and meeting commitments
Proactively identifying and resolving potential customer complaints, logging them into the CRM system
Generating additional sales and leads by recognising up selling opportunities and referring to specialists
Maintaining databases, generating credit notes, and keeping records up to date
Undertaking miscellaneous or ad hoc business requirements as neededRequired technical competencies:

Proficiency in Excel, Word,
Strong Advantage - PowerPoint, CRM, SAP, Success Factors, and OutlookOur client offers:

A competitive salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience- Full-time working hours, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

22 days of holiday plus 9 bank holidays
A friendly and supportive working environment in SheffieldQualifications and skills required:

Proven experience in contract coordination or a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to handle customer complaints efficiently and provide effective solutions
Flexibility to manage various projects and meet business needs
