Job Title: Multi Tradesperson

Role Specific Requirement:

Required checks EL1 or EL2
Full Driving Licence
Due to security vetting, candidates are required to have at least 3 year's continuous residency within the UK.
Time served apprenticeship in a relevant trade
City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery or similar disciplineMain Purpose: To carry out routine repairs and maintenance to tenanted properties. To undertake a wide range of maintenance works in domestic properties, to include decoration, joinery and general maintenance and repairs.

37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, working 7.5 hour shift per day between the hours of 7am - 5pm.Person Requirements:

Experience:

Required Technical Skills
Ideally 2 years relevant work related experienceResponsibilities:

Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property.
Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy.
Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales.
Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Co-ordination Team
To comply with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directives.
To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties.
To undertake out of hours callout duties as per rota requirements.Skills:
