About the role of Project Manager:

Working on commercial office construction projects valued £1 - £10 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, CAT A+ and fit out.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

Acting as No.1 on site with reporting to a visiting Project Director
Communication with sub contractors
Day to day Client interaction
Ensuring programme is metRequirements for Project Manager:

Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
Experience working as a Project Manager on commercial fit out projects valued up to £10 million
CAT A, CAT B and CAT A+ experience
