Position: Supply Teacher

* Location: Primary Schools in Cradley Heath

* Contract: Day-to-Day Supply

* Key Stages: KS1 & KS2

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS1 and KS2.

* Follow lesson plans and ensure the continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.

* Build positive relationships with students and staff.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

* Confidence and experience in teaching across both KS1 and KS2.

* Strong classroom management skills.

* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and year groups.

* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
