About the role:

* Deliver fresh, innovative concepts for each project, ensuring creative designs and drawings throughout all project stages.

* Transform client briefs into unique, tailored project solutions.

* Assist Senior Designers in executing high-quality design and build (D&B) projects.

* Create precise technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD software.

* Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

* Stay informed on industry trends, integrating best practices into all design work.

* Demonstrate a proactive interest in exploring opportunities across multiple sectors in the future.

* Regular travel to Paris and Luxemberg will be required.

Requirements:

•8+ yrs experience in commercial workplace design (CAT A & CAT B essential).
• Strong design and technical skills, with a passion for creating innovative spaces.
• Excellent communication skills, able to lead pitches and client meetings confidently.
• Ability to manage projects from initial brief through to completion.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and ready to grow with us
