Job Title: Workshop Inspector - Composite

Working for a a prestigious company with over 50 years of aircraft maintenance experience, we are recruiting for a workshop inspector.

Main responsibilities

Inspections are to be carried out on receipt of components, stage inspections when required and on completion of all works carried out in accordance with EASA, FAA approved procedures

General description

Your daily duties as Inspector will include:

Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and compliant

Carry out inspection in accordance with the latest manuals (CMM, SRM, AMM etc)

Inspections to be carried out on receipt of components, stage inspection and on completion

Compiling information up to quotation level to support the Production Manager

Salary negotiable on experience

Co-ordinating alongside the stores department

Assign tasks and labour as required

Requirements

Workshop inspector - ideally composite but a structures inspector with composite knowledge

Employment history in aviation essential

A good knowledge base of aircraft manuals/documents

Computer literacy and experience in Office based software required

Previous company approvals are preferred

Knowledge of composite repairs very desirable
