Class 2 HIAB Driver

£17.37 per hour + overtime rates

Driver Hire are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading plant and machinery hire business, based in Appleton Thorn.

Our well established client, is looking to add a class 2 driver to their HGV team, who must have a valid HIAB licence as well as at least 3 months HIAB experience under their belt.

Your job role will be a versatile, but vitally important position within the logistics division of the company.

You will be responsible for delivering and collecting mobile welfare units, usually visiting construction sites and other businesses, using a 7.5T vehicle to tow them.

In addition to the above, you will also be required to help distribute temporary accommodation units, using a lorry mounted crane (HIAB) during deliveries and collections.

All work is carried out Monday to Friday, from 7am until 3:30pm. There will also be overtime opportunities available during busy periods.
