Build Recruitment is proud to be representing their client, a leading Social Housing company in their search for an experienced Handyman to work on a contract in Birmingham 

For the successful Handyman our client is offering: 

£15.04 per hour
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm 
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Long term
The Role: Handyman

All rounder handman with a van and some reasonable hand tools.
Someone who is prepared to do all the odd jobs on site.
One prepared to drive around the properties since they are all scattered around the estate
We want him/her 5 days a week for unforeseeable future until probably end of April 2025
Local person would be an added advantage for him travelling wise 
What our client is looking for in a Handyman 

CSCS Card 
Multi trade experience  ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
