An excellent opportunity has become available for a Land and Planning Consultant to join a respected development firm as part of their Hampshire based team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of large scale residential schemes.

The successful Land and Planning Consultant will be working to identify potential sites, deliver development appraisals, planning applications and contractual negotiations.

For this role candidates are sought with:

• A relevant town planning/ related degree and ideally a further MSc preferably accredited by both the RTPI and RICS
• Previous town planning / land buying experience
