Salary: £43,654 - £45,552 per annum

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Hours: Full-time, Fully supernumerary

A Clinical Deputy Home Manager is required for a well-established nursing home with an exemplary reputation for delivering high standards of care which is evident in their “Good” CQC ratings. We need an experienced Clinical Deputy Home Manager who can support, manage, and lead the team to maintain exceptional standards.

Clinical Deputy Home Manager Duties:

• To support the home manager in running the day-to-day operations of the nursing care home to ensure it is running effectively.
• To support with clinical shifts if required.
• Rota planning.
• Incident and accident reporting.
• Risk assessments.
• Raise any safeguarding concerns.
• CQC reporting.
• To be competent with electronic systems.

Clinical Deputy Home Manager Remuneration:

• Pay review after a successful probationary period.
• 5.6 weeks annual leave.

Clinical Deputy Home Manager Requirements:

• To have an active NMC pin.
• Already be working in a deputy management or senior nursing role.
