At least 2 years outbound telesales experience selling directly to consumers.

Ideally you will have worked within a conceptual sales environment with leads generated via the web and or third-party collaborations.

Basic salary £25,000 (Rising to £27-32,000)

OTE £37,000 (Uncapped) realistic first year

£45-55,000 year 2 onwards.

Our client is directly authorised and provide non advice life & protection solutions to clients throughout the UK.

They generate all their own leads in house via a wide range of marketing initiatives including collaborations with household names within sport.

As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to appoint a small number of experienced B2C phone based professional salespeople who wish to progress their career into the Life & Protection field.

Successful consultants can progress to senior levels within the business, this will entail salary increases up to £32,000 and an OTE of £60,000 + (uncapped)
