The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Spanish / English Speaking Technical Support Agent

Pay rate: £24,000 - £27,000

Location: Dundee

Contract: Permanent Full time

Working Hours: 8am - 4:30pm ( 2-3 Days Office based and the rest at home)

Duties:

Answering all incoming telephone calls, emails and web chats within agreed timescales
Updating the customer records accordingly
Investigate customer issues
Enter orders, credit notes, credit card payments onto the systems
What we are looking for:

Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Both Written and Verbal)
Works well in part of a team
Good communication skills
Strong IT and Technical skills
