We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in supporting young people, whether you're starting out in education or building on existing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour

Provide one-to-one and group support to students across different year groups

*

Help pupils stay engaged and on track with their learning

*

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

*

Support with general classroom tasks and administrative duties

Required Experience

*

Experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential

*

A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable

*

A calm, approachable, and proactive attitude

*

Strong communication and teamwork skills
