Mobile M&E Engineer - Central London - £43,000

An exciting opportunity for a Mobile M&E Engineer to join a rapidly growing maintenance company covering various offices in central London on a foot mobile basis.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis and manage the corrective action and reports as required.

* Support and facilitate technical subcontractors/vendors during planned or reactive service visits and minor works while ensuring they conform to the site procedures and agreed method statements.

* Monitor, maintain, investigate, acknowledge and adjust as deemed necessary the BMS.

* To monitor and perform routine tests of the temperatures, humidity and space conditions and ensure they are maintained and recorded in accordance with the business requirements of the infrastructure.

Must have:

* Good Knowledge of Pumps, Motors, Cooling towers, Chillers, BMS systems, Lighting, Boilers, Calorifiers, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing etc.

* Excellent knowledge of AHU's, FCU's, Emergency Lighting, L8 monitoring activities, lamping, changing ballasts, taking load readings, General PPM activities.

* Must have NVQ / C&G qualification OR time served maintenance engineer with minimum 5 years' experience

The ideal Mobile M&E Engineer will have a City & Guilds mechanical or electrical qualification.
