Your Role

As Team Leader, you'll be the go-to person on-site, overseeing the smooth delivery of landscaping and fencing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to spec

Oversee the installation of hard and soft landscaping, as well as fencing, across a variety of commercial sites

Work closely with clients and the Contracts Manager to manage timelines, materials, and resources

Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with health & safety regulations

Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and confidence

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to keep things running smoothly

Be a visible, approachable leader on-site who can solve problems and build strong client relationships

What You'll Need

Solid experience in commercial landscaping and fencing

Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team on-site

Confidence reading and working from site drawings and specifications

A working knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques

Strong communication and organisational skills

Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Relevant qualifications/certifications (CSCS, SSSTS, etc.) are a bonus
