Hiring:

Experienced Account Manager to enhance client relationships and drive growth. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional service and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service standards.
• Produce performance reports and stay updated on industry trends.
• Address service issues and propose improvements.
• Manage the online chat function on our website.
• Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to company targets.
