Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Territory: West London/M3 Corridor

Please note that this position requires extensive field sales responsibilities. Candidates must possess a full UK driving license to be considered, with those based in London and surrounding areas having a competitive edge.

Connect IT is collaborating with a prominent pharmaceutical supplier seeking to enhance its presence in the South-west through a new Field Sales Manager role.

You will drive and achieve profitable sales of products within independent pharmacies and other specified customer segments. This will involve adhering to standard operating procedures, aligning with client objectives, and meeting specified KPIs. I am looking to consider junior/graduate candidates with the right attitude.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a well-organised and efficient journey plan to maximise KPI achievement, including average daily call rate, selling calls, and orders.

* Maximise achievement of sales cycle objectives, including targets on transfer orders, distribution, point of sale, detailing, and merchandising.

* Educate pharmacy counter assistants and pharmacists on product features and benefits, encouraging the recommendation of specific products.

* Identify opportunities within your territory to develop new business.

* Accurately record all required activities on Field Strike daily.

* Ensure frequent and timely communication with your line management and the sales support department.

* Complete all associated administration tasks accurately on a daily basis or as directed by your line manager.

* Act in accordance with Pharmacovigilance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.

* Carry out any other reasonable tasks related to the job function as requested by your manager

Requirements:

* Confidently communicate the features and benefits of products at all levels.

* Review and analyse personal targets to successfully achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

* Manage time effectively to achieve KPIs by planning and maintaining a productive journey plan.

* Create impactful and effective PowerPoint presentations to drive sales in selected accounts.

* Utilise a CRM system effectively to extract relevant sales data for territory analysis and commercial recommendations.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry to proactively anticipate challenges or objections that may influence your sales approach.

Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical or Health and Beauty sectors would be advantageous.
