Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative General Manager to lead their team in the makeup and beauty industry. Responsibilities:

  • Business Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business performance across all departments, from sales to production. Implement efficient processes and monitor performance to meet operational goals.
  • Brand Development & Strategy:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to strengthen the brand presence within the beauty market. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to drive growth and innovation.
  • Sales & Marketing Oversight:
  • Develop sales strategies and oversee marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and product sales. Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the brand's image and resonate with target audiences.
  • Product Innovation:
  • Work with product development teams to guide the creation of new beauty products, ensuring they meet market demands and uphold the brand's quality standards. Stay updated on beauty trends and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead.
  • Financial Management:
  • Manage the company's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or customer satisfaction. Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals in the beauty industry. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team has the tools and support to excel.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Ensure that the customer experience aligns with the brand's luxury and quality positioning. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Market Expansion:
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, whether through new markets, partnerships, or product lines. Lead the charge in exploring new avenues for growth within the beauty industry.

  • Strong understanding of the makeup and beauty industry, with a passion for beauty trends and product innovation.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a beauty brand or related business.
  • Experience in product development and a deep understanding of market trends in the beauty sector.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (a degree in Beauty or Cosmetics Management is a plus).
