Team Assistant

Leading London based law firm are looking to hire a new Team Assistant on a permanent basis to provide support to their prestigious Commercial Litigation team in London.

  • Salary to £27,000
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
  • 9:30am till 5:30pm

Team Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling electronic and hard copy court bundles
  • Filing and serving court documents
  • Attending to file opening and AML document collection and review
  • Preparation of legal documents and forms
  • Performing transcriptions and machine translations
  • Liaising with clients, the court and third parties in relation to bills and other administrative matters
  • Assisting with research tasks

Team Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Recent school or college leaver seeking their first role in a London law firm
  • Level 2 or 3 Cilex secretarial qualifications would be advantageous however not essential
  • Confident with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills and a keen, ready to learn attitude
