Team Assistant
Leading London based law firm are looking to hire a new Team Assistant on a permanent basis to provide support to their prestigious Commercial Litigation team in London.
- Salary to £27,000
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
- 9:30am till 5:30pm
Team Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Compiling electronic and hard copy court bundles
- Filing and serving court documents
- Attending to file opening and AML document collection and review
- Preparation of legal documents and forms
- Performing transcriptions and machine translations
- Liaising with clients, the court and third parties in relation to bills and other administrative matters
- Assisting with research tasks
Team Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:
- Recent school or college leaver seeking their first role in a London law firm
- Level 2 or 3 Cilex secretarial qualifications would be advantageous however not essential
- Confident with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organisational skills and a keen, ready to learn attitude
