Yourconstruction are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Service and Maintenance Engineer to join a successful fast growing FM company in Manchester.

Various locations needed:

South East

Glasgow

London

Nottingham

Derby

Guildford

Reading

This is all local Service and Maintenance work so the successful candidate will never be more than a short distance away from home.

Job Description

o To undertake reactive call out, remedial work & planned maintenance to air conditioning and ventilation systems, predominantly across the North West and Yorkshire.

o Experience with small refrigeration systems would be an advantage but not essential.

o We work with all major manufacturers' VRF systems, so again experience in this area would be an advantage.

o Undertaking works on your own or as part of a team, dependant on the requirements of each site.

o Managing your van including ensuring stock levels of ancillary products are maintained.

o Proficiently completing reports on our app-based field management software.

o Liaising with our valued customers in a polite and courteous manner.

Requirements

o A full clean UK driving license.

o An excellent general appearance and demeanour.

o The ability to manage your own workload.

o Availability for occasional out of normal hours work (paid at enhanced overtime rates).

o Smart phone literate.

o Be able to clear an enhanced DBS without any convictions.

o Full and valid F-Gas qualification at either City & Guilds or NVQ level.

o CSCS card or equivalent is an advantage but not a requirement.
