🔹 Industry-recognised Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification
🔹 Formal teaching qualifications/Experience of working with apprentices in an formal education setting
🔹 Strong industry background and up-to-date technical knowledge
🔹 Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others
🔹 Excellent communication and organisational skills
