Pay: £280-£300 per day - LTD company

We are currently looking for a Senior Site Manager with proven experience within refurbishments and grade 11 listed buildings. The sites are based in Central London and is a Monday-Friday role

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a high-end construction company, recognised for delivering exceptional luxury residential and commercial projects in Central London. With a strong focus on Grade II listed buildings, complex refurbishments and underground living spaces, they are trusted to restore and enhance some of the city's most prestigious properties. Handling projects valued up to £35 million, they excel in quality, and precision, ensuring the highest standards for their clients.

What will you be doing?

Your role will consist of the standard day to day requirements expected as a senior site manager, some examples of what your day could hold are:

  • Lead the on-site management of a high-value refurbishment project
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams, ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and building standards
  • Maintain exceptional quality control, particularly on bespoke and heritage elements
  • Liaise with architects, designers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identify and proactively resolve any site challenges

What will you need?

  • Proven experience in managing high-end residential/commercial refurbishments
  • Strong understanding of Grade II listed buildings and heritage restoration
  • Track record of delivering projects valued up to £35M
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations
  • Experience working with luxury materials and bespoke construction elements
