People Solutions are looking for Contact Call Agents for our client based in Tamworth.

Day to Day Duties

• Handling incoming calls with excellent customer service
• Liaising with engineers to ensure efficient job handling
• Assisting with general administration duties, filing, copying, and data entry
• Using Microsoft Word and Excel programs

• Good customer service skills
• Good level of English
• Good work ethic
