Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic, fast growing business based near Leatherhead, Surrey on the hire of a newly created FP&A Analyst position.

The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning and analysis by maintaining and updating financial models, analysing project performance, and providing insights to support decision-making. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders across finance, development, operations, and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial data and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial models for new and ongoing development projects.
• Collect data from project teams to track and analyse financial performance.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to support financial decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and provide accurate reforecasts.
• Assist with year-end processes and quarterly financial updates.
• Work closely with finance, development, operations, and commercial teams.
• Present financial insights to management and stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to internal teams and partners as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Effective communication skills, including presenting financial information to non-finance audiences.
