Job Title: Finance Controller

Report to: CFO

Work in conjunction with: Finance Manager, CFO and various other Senior Executives including back

office team of the organization.

Main purpose of the Job: Overall active Business support along with timely and accurate

Management reporting, Budgeting, Audits, Receivable / Risk management,

Cash flow management, maintaining robust business processes and

coordination with the wider team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Department / Entity-wise Budgeting, forecasting and monthly MIS reporting.

* Reviewing, analysis and reporting of E-Commerce business and regular business.

* Risk management & Cashflow management - Receivables and Payables monitoring

* Work closely with Business team for orderbook pipeline and provide active advice on various

commercial aspects.

* Corporate Reporting along with various analytical reporting to CFO and the Board.

* Coordinating with Statutory / Internal auditors

* Quarterly VAT Return

* Inventory management & Reporting

* Royalty Reporting

Qualifications:

* Qualified Accountant or similar educational background with demonstratable experience of managing

similar role and responsibility.

Previous Experience and Knowledge:

* Preferred relevant experience of 5 - 6 years within Branded & Retail / wholesale supply environment.

* Experience in management of accounting, banking and commercial aspects.

* Working closely with Finance Head and Managing Director

* Good communication skills at all levels

* Excellent technical accounting ability

* Strong time management and the ability to multi-task

* Proactive along with attention to detail

* SAP knowledge will be preferable.

* Financial Analysis and reporting

Remuneration / Hours:

* Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per annum + Bonus

* Probation period: 6 months

* Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

* Pension: NEST Pension Scheme

* Healthcare: Axa PPP Health care available after probation

* Hours: 40 per week Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm from Watford office
