To be Successful as Learning Disabilities manager you will:

* Lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of respect, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and personal growth

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

As a Learning Disabilities manager, you will need:

* Proven track record of managing services for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

* Experience in developing person-centred care plans.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
